Waist Ratio Calculator
Waist-to-hip and waist-to-height ratios — the two numbers that beat BMI for belly fat.
For men, a WHR under 0.90 is the lower-risk range in WHO references; waist-to-height under 0.5 is the widely used healthy cut-off. Belly (visceral) fat drives most of the risk these ratios flag, and it responds to the basics: a modest calorie deficit, daily steps, sleep and strength training.
